Metrological techniques for camera-based displacement measurement systems
A camera-based non-contact measurement system that utilizes image processing technology to capture object images and employs specific algorithms and widely applied in various fields, including engineering measurement, scientific experiments, and industrial production, demonstrating significant advantages. However, domestic systems currently lack effective traceability methods and mature calibration technologies or standards. Additionally, foreign calibration methods are often too costly to be directly adopted. To address these issues, this paper proposes an indirect calibration method based on laser interferometry. A calibration device was constructed using multi-orientation measurements in three-dimensional space, and a classic uncertainty evaluation method was applied to empirically analyze a specific model from Zhengzhou Chenwei Company. The results demonstrate that this method effectively controls measurement errors (lateral error ≤0.108 mm, longitudinal error ≤0.100 mm), providing a technical framework for standardized calibration of optical measurement devices.
