Exploring the Positive Role of Industry-Teaching Integration in the Cultivation of Applied Talents

The integration of industry and education has become an important mode of docking vocational education with industrial needs, especially in the fields of chemical engineering, materials science and computer science. This paper discusses the core mechanism of industry-education integration and emphasizes the role of industryeducation integration in curriculum reform, faculty development, practice platform construction, and enhancing students' competitiveness in employment. This model ensures that educational content and teaching activities are closely aligned with industry standards and technological advances by promoting in-depth cooperation between academic institutions and enterprises.Major innovations include a modularized curriculum system, project-based teaching, a dual-teacher model, and the establishment of cooperative practical training bases. These initiatives not only improve students' practical skills and innovation ability, but also promote the organic integration of the industrial chain, education chain and innovation chain. In addition, the adoption of the principle of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and a dynamic feedback mechanism ensures the continuous improvement of the talent training system.
