Associations of triglyceride glucose index and atherogenic index of plasma with plaque, inflammation, flow, and functional ischemia assessed by cardiovascular computed tomography imaging in hypertensive patients: a study of different glucose metaboli
Among hypertensive participants, significant correlations were observed between the AIP, TyG index and coronary plaque, flow, and inflammation. The coexistence of DM has different effects on these associations. Regardless of DM, functional ischemia was independently associated with both TyG index and AIP.
