It uses software defined networking (SDN) technologies to increase the effectiveness of VANET networks. In this paper, Software Defined Network (SDN) enabled VANET architecture is designed to follows two strategies namely congestion control and attack prevention. At first, the raw traffic data is pre-processed to convert them as graphical format. Next, the network has to check the malicious node within the network by VGG-16 net based Bat optimizer. The Fuzzy C-mean clustering of routing tactic is employed to analyse the congestion without any intermittent connectivity. For each iteration, the corresponding data from clustered output is updated on the routing table and stored in SDN controller. The suggested method improves upon prior methods in terms of detection precision, connection likelihood, latency, and packet loss ratio. With 5% of malicious nodes taken into account, it is proved that the detection accuracy is increased by 9.55%, 7.29% and 4.14% for DBCC, ANN-SDN and ML-CC respectively.
