Multi-Objective Optimization of Steel Frame Structure based on BIM Technology and Simulated Annealing Algorithm
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of multi-objective coordination in the current optimization of steel frame structures, this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization method that integrates BIM technology and improved simulated annealing algorithm. Firstly, a parametric BIM model is established based on Revit, and a multi-objective function including total weight, total cost and carbon emissions is constructed. Secondly, the improved simulated annealing algorithm is adopted, and the Pareto frontier is solved by combining the NSGA-II algorithm by introducing dynamic annealing rate and adaptive neighborhood search strategy. Finally, the real-time interaction between optimization parameters and BIM model is realized through the Dynamo platform. The example analysis shows that this method reduces the weight of a 6-story steel frame structure by 15.3%, reduces the cost by 12.6%, reduces carbon emissions by 18.4%, and shortens the calculation time to 3.5 h. The effectiveness of this method in improving the efficiency of multi-objective optimization and engineering practicality is verified, and a new idea is provided for the intelligent design and sustainable development of steel structures.
