Solid State Drive Key Performance Research Overview
Solid State Drive (SSD) is a new type of storage device that can permanently store data, is easy to move, consumes less power in operation and standby, operates noiselessly, reads and writes fast, and has a wide range of applications. The research on the key performance of SSDs focuses on the cost reduction, improvement of the technology of storing data, exploring ways to extend the life of the SSD, and researching on the influence of thermal fatigue in order to improve the preparation process and enhance the quality, etc. The research is also focusing on the development of a new technology to improve the quality, preparation process to enhance quality, etc. By improving the storage data of SSDs, reducing the number of flash writes, enhancing data management, and improving the life of SSDs. Optimizing the production management mode of SSDs by setting up different decision-making review points and technical review points respectively at different development stages can reduce the cost of SSDs and improve the quality of SSDs. By constructing a coupled model of heat transfer and stress under thermal cycling conditions of SSD electronic device packages, researching the distribution law of temperature field, stress field and flow field of the device under SSD thermal cycling load conditions, and analyzing the influence of thermal load factors and environmental factors on the thermal fatigue life of solder joints of SSD electronic devices in order to improve the preparation process of SSD and enhance the quality of SSDs..
