Research on Anti-Static Floor Inspection Robot Technology

This article takes electrostatic detection business as a breakthrough point, analyzes the characteristics of existing business, and designs an anti-static floor inspection robot. It forms a set of intelligent detection equipment including a robot vehicle, laser radar, camera, lifting arm, and control console. The robot can automatically build a map, automatically raise and lower the detection hammer, automatically read the detection instrument, and automatically store the data in the system. Based on traditional metrological detection, it combines intelligent elements such as robotic arms, machine vision, sensors, and autonomous navigation to achieve fully automated anti-static floor detection. It practices the integrated development of artificial intelligence and metrological business and provides a technical breakthrough foundation for electrostatic intelligent inspection and machine replacement.
