Design and Application of Education Management System based on Artificial Intelligence Evoked Web Technologies
Contemporary educational management is being increasingly challenged by complexity and size of institutional operations, such as student enrollment, faculty coordination, course planning, and performance monitoring. Current systems tend to be restricted to legacy desktop environments or disunited intranet solutions, which lack good scalability, limited interactivity, and no access to real-time data. All of these constraints are retarding administrative efficiency, slowing down decision-making, and providing minimal personalization and transparency for stakeholders. To address these challenges, this study offers a cohesive education administration system developed on Artificial Intelligence-based modern web technologies tools that enables hassle-free, remote, and smart academic management. The developed system features modules for student admission, attendance tracking, teacher and schedule scheduling, performance analysis, and academic reporting all implemented over a mobile-friendly responsive web interface. The suggested framework incorporates the hybrid combination of attention layers and deep neural networks for encompassing a secure database backend, role-based user authentication, and real-time data synchronization to provide consistent access Experimental Outcomes indicated considerable improvement in operating speed, user satisfaction, and system usability. Performance evaluation measures showed excellent results with accuracy of 98.6%, precision of 98.6%, recall of 98.4%, and an F1-score of 98.5%. This web-based system provides the basis for emerging developments such as mobile integration, explainable AI, and predictive academic analytics, providing a scalable and intelligent solution to educational institution management.
