Development and Application of 10kV Falcon-Type Ground Wire Joint

Ground wires are indispensable tools in power system operations, where hanging stability, conductive reliability, and operational ease are critical for ensuring the safety of operators and power equipment. However, existing hook-type ground wire joints often suffer from limited contact area with high-voltage lines, resulting in poor contact and instability such as swaying after installation. Addressing practical production requirements, this paper introduces a falcon-type-inspired ground wire joint that enables rapid, precise, and efficient grounding through its unique clamping mechanism. The design effectively enhances contact stability, mitigates operational risks, and provides robust technical support for power system safety.
