Design and Ground Simulation Verification of Low-Frequency Cable for Unmanned Autonomous Detection of Complex Mechanism Products in Space
The demand for deep space exploration is diversified, a large number of complex machines are born. The space environment is harsh, the spatial layout of detectors are compact, and the movement of mechanism products are complex and changeable, which brings many problems to the cable design attaches to the mechanism: the stable transmission of cable energy and signal, the reliable movement of mechanism and the adaptability of environment limit the reliability and safety of products. In this paper, the design requirements of low-frequency cable network of space mechanism products are decomposed, and a reliable design scheme is put forward. Through the ground simulation verification, the difficult problems in the development of low-frequency cables for space mechanism products have been solved, and the complex mechanical products such as sampling of Chang ‘e No. 5 and Chang ‘e No. 6 drilling rigs and ground sampling manipulator have successfully completed their tasks [1]. The design of low-frequency cable of space mechanism products meets the requirements of deep space exploration tasks.
