Intelligent Monitoring Algorithm and System for Coal Chemical Equipment based on Full Lifecycle Data Fusion
Modern coal chemical industry equipment often needs to identify potential faults through abnormal sounds, vibrations, temperature changes, etc., but the subjectivity is strong and the monitoring accuracy is insufficient. To address this, a device condition monitoring technology based on the entire lifecycle is proposed. Integrating application sensors and monitoring instruments, real-time collection and fusion processing of equipment operation data in the modern coal chemical industry, combined with full lifecycle status information, extracting operational status characteristics. Implement level classification for operational status characteristics and output monitoring results. The experimental results show that this technology performs excellently in monitoring the surface temperature, vibration status, and fault of gasification furnaces. The success rate of fault monitoring remains above 70%, with high precision and good stability. It can accurately capture subtle changes in equipment status, significantly improving the fault detection rate and processing efficiency.
