An Enhanced Visual Communication Design using Optimized Deep Learning Model
Visual communication is a central determinant of modern digital experiences, including media design, user interface, and content interaction. Conventional visual communication is based on human creativity and subjective assessment, which restricts consistency, scalability, and responsiveness to the context of users. Furthermore, available computational assets do not possess the kind of intelligence needed to automatically adjust visual designs in accordance with interaction information and contextual salience. To overcome these drawbacks, this study envisions a sophisticated deep learning-inspired optimization framework that combines hybrid model to optimize and personalize the visual communication design process automatically. The envisioned model facilitates multi-level feature extraction and aesthetic evaluation, allowing real-time layout adjustment and user-oriented design improvement. Continuous learning of user behavior and aesthetic ratings helps the system fine-tune design elements for maximum visual appeal and functional clarity. Experimental tests on benchmark visual communication datasets show outstanding performances with 96.7% accuracy, 96.7% precision, 96.7% recall, and 96.7% F1-score, considerably better than rule-based and conventional design recommendation systems. By integrating the powers of deep visual understanding and contextual learning, the framework guarantees personalization and consistency in design output.
