Simulation Safety Crash Decision Layout based on Population Iteration Algorithm

In the field of modern engineering technology, multi-rigid-body system dynamics is of great significance to the study of kinematics and dynamics of complex systems. Computer simulation collision technology is widely used but needs accurate verification. This study focuses on the motion of multi-link mechanism, introduces the group iterative algorithm, establishes the motion model of multi-link mechanism and the group motion iterative model based on Archimedes spiral theory, analyzes the collision situation and constructs the collision judgment model, realizes the simulation optimization of the safe collision judgment layout of multi-link mechanism, obtains the position and speed of each link handle at different time nodes, and determines that the termination time of the mechanism is 412.5 s and the corresponding node state. The research provides a scientific basis and effective method for related engineering practice. However, the model lacks consideration of the actual complex factors such as elastic deformation, manufacturing error and external environmental interference of the connecting rod, and the computational complexity of collision detection in algorithm efficiency is high. In the future, more practical factors can be included and the algorithm can be optimized to improve the practicability and computational efficiency of the model.
