Research on Evaluation system and method for the Efficiency and Benefit of Power System with High Proportion Renewable Energy Planning
To provide accurate and comprehensive evaluation guidance for the planning scheme of power system with high proportion of renewable energy (PSwHRE), the evaluation system and method for the planning scheme for efficiency and benefit of PSwHRE are established. Firstly, the modified evaluation indices and method are developed based on the probabilistic power flow method, to improve the scientificity and effectiveness. Secondly, based on linear power flow and probabilistic power flow, considering the uncertainty of multiple time scales, an evaluation model for the system planning efficiency and benefit considering operational uncertainty is established. Through three-stage operation simulation and evaluation, achieving accurate evaluation of the system efficiency and benefit. Then, through the precedence chart method, scoring and weighting based on the degree of attention to indices are realized. Combine the expert scoring method to build an efficiency - benefit evaluation model, enabling comprehensive assessment of system - planning efficiency and benefits, and differentiating the quality of planning schemes. Finally, taking the IEEE - 24 bus system as an example, qualitatively analyze the influence of system planning status, new energy site and capacity selection on evaluation results, and the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified, providing reference for future optimization of power - system planning schemes with high - proportion new energy.
