LEADING EUROPEAN MODELS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND THEIR RELEVANCE TO THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

The relevance of the research topic is due to global transformations taking place under the influence of digital technologies, which are significantly changing the economic landscape of Europe. Digitalization of the economy is becoming not only a catalyst for innovative development, increasing the productivity and competitiveness of states, but also a factor in the formation of newmodels of economic interaction, infrastructure, market behavior, and global integration. EU countries are actively implementing digital strategies aimed at achieving sustainable growth, reducing regional disparities, strengthening cybersecurity and digital inclusion. For Ukraine, which is in a state of martial law, the challenges of post-war recovery and economic instability, the issue of digital transformation is gaining critical importance. On the one hand, digitalization opens up wide opportunities for infrastructure modernization, public administration reform, human capital development, and integration into the European economic space. On the other hand, it carries new threats related to digital inequality, cyber risks, loss of control over critical data, displacement of traditional sectors of the economy, and deepening social marginalization. N this regard, there is a need for a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the positive and negative aspects of digitalization in the European space, taking into account the Ukrainian context. In the context of studying the positive impact of digitalization on the economies of the European Union countries and identifying possible challenges for Ukraine, іt is important to analyze the economic effects that digital technologies have on key sectors - industry, services, the financial sector and transport infrastructure. It is also advisable to study European models of digital transformation, in particular those that, that have demonstrated effectiveness in increasing productivity, transparency of management, development of innovative potential, and their adaptation to Ukrainian socio-economic conditions
