IMPACTOS DA REVITMIZAÇÃO DO ABUSO SEXUAL INFANTIL NO DESENVOLVIMENTO PSICOLÓGICO DE CRIANÇAS DE 06 À 12 ANOS: UMA ABORDAGEM CRÍTICA

This article analyzes the effects of revictimization of child sexual abuse on the psychological development and learning of children aged 6 to 12, emphasizing the cumulative effects of trauma and the elements that intensify the suffering of victims. The research uses a qualitative approach based on a literature review, drawing on scientific articles, books, and institutional reports to understand how inadequate reporting, reception, and investigation practices contribute to the continuation of harm. The results show that revictimization aggravates psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress, compromises school performance, and prevents the creation of bonds of trust. It is concluded that preventing and combating this phenomenon requires integrated public policies, professional training, and humanized reception strategies that prioritize specialized listening, psychosocial support, and comprehensive protection of children in order to promote healthy development, learning, and the creation of safer and more resilient life trajectories.
