Evaluation of construction workers' unsafe behaviors based on genetic algorithm and fuzzy analysis
The current safety production situation in China's construction industry is severe. Although a number of safety measures have been taken, a large number of safety accidents still occur every year, among which human unsafe behavior is the main cause. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop an evaluation model for unsafe behavior of construction workers. Starting from the individual factors of workers, this study established an index system that comprehensively covers all kinds of unsafe behaviors, and systematically evaluated these behaviors by combining genetic algorithm and fuzzy hierarchical analysis method. Through this method, an evaluation model for unsafe behavior of construction workers was successfully constructed. The results show that among the selected indicators, the personal habits and skills of workers account for the highest proportion of unsafe behaviors, and the evaluation scores of the unsafe behaviors of the sampled workers are low, and it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of unsafe behaviors of workers.
