Research on distribution cost optimization based on bilevel programming
Due to the characteristics of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings, such as their large size and weight, and high and unstructured frequency of delivery, the efficiency of component distribution remains low and the costs persistently high during the distribution process. Based on this, this study designs a bilevel programming scheduling model to optimize the customer allocation problem for component distribution between production plants and various construction sites, as well as the vehicle scheduling problem. During the solution process, an enhanced elite-preservation dual-population improved genetic algorithm is adopted to analyze specific experimental cases, and the performance of the improved genetic algorithm is compared with that of the standard genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results demonstrate that the improved algorithm proposed in this study exhibits superior performance, effectively achieving optimization of prefabricated component distribution costs. This study has certain theoretical and practical value.
