Abstract

Theoretically, the basic factors and mechanisms of economic growth are determined, which allows scientifically justifying a set of measures for the effective development of economic entities in the agricultural envi- ronment. At the same time, the concept is clarified, the essence and content of the category "stability" of its strategic potential and competitive advantages are revealed, expanded reproduction is carried out, the rational production structure is maintained in the process of its development and the ability to adapt to the changing conditions of the market environment is maintained. Types and types of stability are systematized, and a toolkit for their assessment is proposed. Instead of the known from publications - external, internal, inherited, general and financial types of stabil- ity, three types of stability are proposed (organizational, production, financial). Such a classification allows diagnos- ing the production system for its stability and establishing subject-object relations when modeling its management mechanism. The influence of basic factors (external and internal) on the degree of stability, on the agroeconomy of the region and the social development of rural areas is determined. The special role of agrarian policy in maintaining the sustainability of individual business entities and the industry as a whole, in their adaptation to changing environmental conditions, has been established. The concept of sustainable development of the organization has been developed, which is presented as a continuously implemented production process, a production system that is constantly and dynamically developing, the stability of which has a dual nature and combines self-preservation (selfregulation) of the system and its adaptation (state-corporate regulation) to the conditions of a changing economic environment. profit, in the medium term – achieving the goals of the strategic plan, in the long term – preserving the socio-natural potential of the rural population. The concept of "organization (production system) stability management mechanism" has been formulated, as a system of organizational, economic and financial relations that ensure the effectiveness of productive interaction of all participants in the economic process while respecting the interests of each of them. The methodological basis for using indicative planning as the main tool for managing the stability of agricultural enterprises and budget support as a built-in stabilizer for maintaining the sustainability of agricultural organizations has been substantiated. industries and the region as a whole.
