Inflammatory Profile and Risk of Hypertension in Infants Following Coarctation of the Aorta Repair: The Role of IL-6/TNF-α Ratio
In this small single-center cohort, an elevated IL-6/TNF-α ratio was associated with postoperative hypertension after coarctation repair. These exploratory findings should be considered hypothesis-generating and warrant confirmation in larger, multicenter studies.
