Accurate determination of sulfur, selenium and tellurium in geological reference materials by isotope dilution inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry (ID-ICP-MS/MS)
Isotope dilution coupled with ICP-MS/MS enables accurate and efficient quantification of S–Se–Te in geological samples without chemical purification or hydride generation, overcoming challenges from volatile losses and spectral interferences.
