Territorial preferential regimes: basic approaches to defining their features, composition, and classification

The article analyzes the basic approaches to defining the features of territorial preferential regimes. Based on the identified features, the composition of territorial preferential regimes is established. Territorial preferential regimes are also distinguished from other categories that have features similar to territorial preferential regimes. Within the framework of the identified composition of territorial preferential regimes, the author's classification is presented.
