Research on the Transformation of Global Knowledge Workers' Work Methods Enabled by Artificial Intelligence

With the speed at which AI technology is advancing, the work processes of companies across the globe are undergoing the largest and most significant industry changes in modern times. In order to better elaborate the empirical support, this paper merges with industry case study data quantity evidence that indicates AI-based automation can cut out routine task time in ranges of 40% to 90%, and improves the FCR (First Contact Resolution) of customer services in a 30% range.Although AI has a significant influence on knowledge workers’ work process, it also brings new concerns to professionalism, ethics, and data security. So it is imperative to explore how AI influences the process of knowledge workers’ work.
