ON CONTROL AND FINANCIAL LEGAL RELATIONS
The article examines the legal features of financial and control legal relations, substantiates the approach to these relations as information support for organizational and law enforcement measures in the field of finance. In turn, the need for control follows from the features of financial legal relations, which are mainly public obligations that develop between their participants. Due to the diversity of financial relations in the economy, requiring various forms of control, the legal order needs to develop general principles of financial control, which, perhaps, should be enshrined in a separate regulatory act.
