FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS: FEATURES OF MONITORING THE QUALITY OF PROCUREMENT FOR PUBLIC NEEDS

The article examines the practice of conducting inspections in the field of procurement for state and municipal needs. Attention is focused on the functioning of the EIS module "Risk Monitoring". Based on a study of the results of the Federal Treasury, as well as the practice of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, an analysis of risks in procurement of goods, works, and services is presented in order to improve the quality of public finance management.
