Development Issues and Countermeasures of the Skilled Personnel in the Clean Energy Field Based on Information Technology Integrated

The information system has been playing more and more roles in the development of the skilled personnel, especially in the field of the hi-tech like the clean energy and new material, etc. The production and widespread use of the clean energy are essential pathways to achieve the "double carbon" goals as a country strategy and the skilled personnel in the clean energy are the core issue of the production and use of the clean energy. How to develop the qualified skilled personnel who have mastered both energy professional knowledge and information system know-how in the clean energy field as soon as possible during the implementation period of the "double carbon" goal is a question worth discussing in depth. In view of this, this study will analyze the supply and demand of the skilled personnel in the energy management & technology through literature research and comparative analysis, dissect the supply gap of the skilled personnel in the clean energy scope, explore the problems existing in the development of the skilled personnel in the clean energy, and propose some feasible solutions to these problems.
