Structural Equation-Based Penta-Helix Modeling of Vocational Education via Transformer-BiLSTM

In the context of vocational education facing many challenges, the Penta-Helix model has attracted much attention by virtue of its multi-subject synergistic advantages. This study aims to construct a five-helix model of vocational education based on structural equations, and deeply analyze the relationship and influence mechanism of each subject. The Transformer-BiLSTM model is used to extract and analyze the features of multi-source data, and to explore the complex associations among potential factors. It is found that government policy support, in-depth participation of enterprises, talent cultivation in universities, innovation promotion by scientific research institutions, and diversified support from the society interact with each other to form a synergy in the development of vocational education. Through the verification of structural equation modeling, the direct and indirect influence paths of each subject on vocational education outcomes are clarified. This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the five-helix model of vocational education, which can help to improve the quality of vocational education, promote the synergistic development of vocational education and social economy, and provide important references for relevant policy formulation and practice improvement.
