Virtual reality application of Sino-foreign cooperative courses supported by 5G technology

This study analyzes how 5G technology can bring into play the application potential of virtual reality (VR) technology in Sino-foreign cooperative courses and enhance the effectiveness of cross-cultural education. This study adopts an experimental design method, combines the low latency and high speed characteristics of 5G networks, and develops a teaching platform based on virtual reality technology. The platform performance is then comprehensively evaluated and the teaching effect is analyzed. A 60-minute test was conducted on 30 students, and the platform network latency, bandwidth requirements, interactive response time and other factors, as well as student participation and learning effects were comprehensively reviewed. The results show that 5G technology significantly improves the interactivity and immersion of virtual reality teaching, which is more effective than traditional classrooms. The planning and implementation of the teaching platform performance are highly consistent with the needs of virtual reality teaching, and network latency and bandwidth consumption are effectively reduced.
