An Empirical Study of the Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence Technology and Data Analytics in Business Management Education Innovation

This study examine the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and data analytics in business management education, with a focus on evaluating the effectiveness of an AI-based intelligent teaching systems. The study uses an empirical research approach to investigate how AI-based systems affect student performance, engagements and learning behaviour. The study show that the intelligent teaching system significantly improved student performance, especially for intrinsically motivated students. Key factors such as engagement, use of recommendation systems, study time and interaction frequency were found to have an impact on performance, with the most significant interaction between engagement and use of recommendation systems. The results of the study highlight the potential of AI technology to enhance business educations and provides a basis for personalised teaching strategies. Future research should focus on expanding the use of AI in different educational environments and refining intelligent systems to meet individual need of students.
