Research on the design of online learning APP for the elderly based on KANO model
As the popularization of intelligent technologies and the acceleration of population aging, more and more elderly groups are turning to online learning platforms to meet their spiritual and cultural needs. This paper focuses on elderly users who use online learning apps, combining user demand surveys to evaluate the shortcomings and optimization directions of existing age-friendly design for online learning apps. The study employs a combination of questionnaire surveys and data analysis, using the Kano model to categorize user needs. It proposes specific strategies for age-friendly design of online learning apps from four aspects: reinforcing essential needs, optimizing expected needs, uncovering attractive needs, and transforming indifferent needs.
