The Late Father Rev. John Anthony Kaiser: “A Case for Justice”

anniversary of the political assassination of the internationally acclaimed Kenyan human rights activist Fr.John Kaiser, the Catholic bishops of Kenya reissued his small book, If I Die (Kaiser, 2024).This important and informative book only covered a small part of his tribulations and challenges in Kenya up to November 26, 1995.Events that followed from 1995 to 2000 when his body was found near Morendat Farm in Naivasha, Kenya have not been properly documented.My essay here tries to capture the undocumented work of Fr.Kaiser and his experience between 1995 -2000 as he courageously and compassionately tried to make a case for justice.
