Comprehensive lethal effects and transgenerational impact of <scp> <i>Metarhizium anisopliae</i> </scp> on <scp> <i>Anopheles sinensis</i> </scp> across all life stages
This study fills a significant gap in the fungal-based biological control of An. sinensis, with the multistage efficacy of Ma421 highlighting its potential for use in integrated vector management. Its transgenerational impact further underscores its potential as an eco-friendly alternative to chemical insecticides, supporting its incorporation into sustainable mosquito management strategies. © 2025 Society of Chemical Industry.
