Population pharmacokinetic model of linezolid and its metabolite PNU-142300 in elderly patients
This first PPK model of linezolid and PNU-142300 in elderly patients supports individualized dosing to reduce thrombocytopenia risk. Linezolid dose reduction may be necessary in elderly patients.
