System of reservation in India and its different aspects

In the Indian system, reservation policy plays crucial role to help the various categories like scheduled caste, scheduled tribes etc. For upliftment and protection of their rights.my research paper will cover all the aspects related to reservation policy in India. This paper will observe weather the caste-based reservation policy is inalienable or it become part of Indian culture forever which can’t be changed. Is reservation system be replaced by any other system to uplift the oppressed mainly Sc/St’s etc. This Research paper includes the study of various Constitutional Provisional such as Article- 15(4), 16(4), 46, 340, 342 to complete the work. This research paper will also cover the historical legal provisions and supreme court, landmark judgements relating to reservation, other interpretation in favour and against reservation policies of India.
