To address this gap, this study aims to map the intellectual structure and trends in digital entrepreneurship field utilizing co-word analysis. The authors searched for English-language articles published between 2006 and 2024 in the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus databases, using the key phrase ‘digital entrepreneur*’. 311 unique keywords were identified and clustered into eight groups via modularity clustering. A two-dimensional map based on cluster density and centrality reveals four cluster types: central and developed, peripheral and developed, peripheral and underdeveloped, central and underdeveloped—offering insights into the field’s evolving intellectual landscape.
