Dynamic performance analysis and control strategy research of hydraulic servo system
The present study delves into the dynamic behavior and control tactics of hydraulic servo system (HSS). As a crucial component of industrial automation, HSS finds extensive application across diverse machinery and assembly lines, garnering attention for their precision, swift reaction times, and robust load handling capabilities. Nevertheless, with the evolution of industrial techniques, the expectations for the dynamic attributes of HSS have escalated, presenting the system with escalating challenges such as nonlinear features, fluctuating parameters, and extraneous disruptions. This paper offers an in-depth examination of the dynamic attributes of HSS through theoretical scrutiny and experimental investigation, proposing a hybrid control approach that integrates fuzzy logic with PID regulation to enhance the system's overall performance. The findings from simulation analyses and experimental validation indicate that the hybrid control approach significantly enhances the dynamic behavior and steadiness of HSS, furnishing beneficial insights and direction for the optimal configuration and practical utilization of HSS.
