Research on simulation and error control method of architectural decoration construction process based on virtual reality
This paper presents a method of construction process simulation and error control based on virtual reality (VR). Research and build a VR construction simulation system based on BIM design model and optimize data through model lightweight and real-time rendering technology to realize dynamic simulation of construction process. Develop an interactive process logic library to model the process dependency with directed acyclic graph (DAG) to ensure the reasonable construction sequence; Design a multi-job collaboration mechanism to identify and avoid collaborative risks in advance. In the aspect of error control, an error transfer model is established, LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) neural network is introduced for error prediction, and NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm is applied to generate a correction strategy, forming a closed-loop feedback mechanism. The experiment verifies the performance of the system based on the decoration project of a convention and exhibition center. The results show that the loading time is shortened, and the frame rate is significantly improved after the model is lightweight. The prediction error of LSTM model is lower than that of traditional model. In the experiment of error control optimization, NSGA-II algorithm is superior to manual experience and traditional genetic algorithm in correcting cost, error, man-hour and material saving rate. This study has promoted the digital transformation of architectural decoration construction and achieved the goal of reducing the rework rate by more than 30%, which is of great significance to improve the construction quality and efficiency.
