Auxiliary criterion and intelligent analysis application of breaker operation in plant and station
Bus switching operation is a key link in the operation of power system, and its safety and reliability are very important to the stable operation of power grid. However, the traditional method of manually detecting the position of disconnector has some problems, such as low efficiency, strong subjectivity and inability to monitor in real time, which is difficult to meet the needs of smart grid construction. In this paper, an intelligent criterion method of breaker position based on three-phase current imbalance and current change rate is proposed, a dynamic threshold model is constructed, and multifeature fusion and redundant detection logic are introduced to improve the accuracy and reliability of breaker position detection. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this method is as high as 99.2% under normal working conditions, the recognition rate of abnormal working conditions is 97.8%, and the average response time is only 180ms, which is significantly better than the traditional method. In addition, this paper also designed an intelligent analysis module, including fault diagnosis, real-time monitoring and historical data comparison, etc. Through random forest classifier, many typical fault modes were automatically identified, and multi-level real-time monitoring and alarm strategy was adopted to further enhance the intelligent level of the system. The engineering application data show that the system in this paper is significantly superior to the traditional manual mode in key indicators such as fault detection rate, average handling time and misoperation events, which provides strong technical support for the construction of smart substations.
