Software and Hardware Process Optimization and Project Management
Against the backdrop of accelerating digital transformation, projects integrating software and hardware are increasing in number, and the complexity of these processes poses significant challenges to project management. This paper focuses on the synergistic relationship between software and hardware process optimization and project management, analyzing existing issues such as poor integration, resource waste, and quality risks in the current processes. From the perspectives of process standardization, collaborative mechanisms, and technical tools, this paper proposes optimization strategies such as software modular development, hardware parallel testing, and cross-domain process integration, exploring how these strategies promote project progress control, cost control, and quality improvement. The effectiveness of these optimization solutions is verified through practical case studies, providing theoretical and practical references for enterprises to enhance their management of software and hardware integration projects.
