Analisis Fikih terhadap Jual Beli Buket dengan Sistem Pemesanan di Galeri Craft Pejuang Senja Magetan

This study discusses sales transactions using an ordering system at the Pejuang Senja Craft Gallery in Karas District, Magetan. In practice, the gallery applies a penalty system for late pick-ups and unilateral cancellations by buyers, which causes problems in the implementation of contracts, prompting the author to conduct research using fiqh analysis. The study aims to determine the legal status of sales transactions using an ordering system and the application of penalties imposed by the gallery owner from a fiqh perspective. The research method employed is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, documentation, and observation, and analyzed using deductive methods. The results of the study indicate that the sales contract at the Craft Pejuang Senja gallery is in accordance with fiqh, both in terms of its pillars and conditions. However, delays and unilateral cancellations by buyers result in the application of penalties by the gallery owner. The fines imposed are also permissible under Islamic law, as they fall under the category of syarth jaza’i fines, which are not related to debt and have reasonable amounts commensurate with the actual losses incurred
