Quantitative assessment of cadmium input-output fluxes in selenium-enriched paddy soils of Chengmai country, Hainan Island
This study investigated the input and output flux of cadmium in soil in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, where selenium-rich soils are concentrated, and found that the overall cadmium content in the study area is at a low level, with irrigation water being the main input object soil cadmium, but below the national cadmium content limit, and the impact of pesticides on the input of heavy metals in soil is extremely small. Straw as the main output object of cadmium, has a higher content than grains, and the ecological risk of cadmium in paddy soil in Hainan selenium-rich area is generally not high.
