Design and optimization of methanol reforming hydrogen production systems
As the demand for energy grows and environmental standards become more stringent, methanol reforming hydrogen production technology has garnered attention due to its high efficiency and cleanliness. This paper introduces the design and fabrication of a novel methanol reforming hydrogen production system. The system employs a tubular reforming hydrogen production reactor and achieves efficient conversion of methanol to hydrogen-rich fuel through precise control of reaction conditions. The design of the system emphasizes pressure resistance, stability, and energy efficiency. Through material selection, structural optimization, and intelligent control, the system improves hydrogen production efficiency, reduces energy consumption and costs, and enhances safety and reliability.
