Multiscale coupling analysis of three-dimensional tubular woven composite materials
Aiming at the problem of periodic boundary conditions of circular tubular composite structures, microcell and microfan cell models are established, the structural parameters of the two kinds of cells are determined, the periodic boundary conditions are obtained, and the average stress and strain are calculated. Based on the establishment of a multiscale model of circular tubular 3D braided composites, the multiscale coupling is numerically analyzed. The average elastic constants of fiber bundles and woven composites are obtained step by step through the analysis of micro and microcells. Then, the transfer between stresses is established from the opposite direction, and a representative circular tube structure is selected for average material parameters and stress analysis. The micro and microstress states of key parts in the structure are estimated, which provides a reference for the strength and damage analysis of woven composites.
