ARTISTIC AND GRAPHIC TRAINING OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS: PEDAGOGICAL DESIGN
The article addresses the theoretical and methodological foundations of pedagogical design in the context of artistic and graphic training of higher education students, particularly those pursuing teaching professions. The study emphasizes the need to modernize the content of graphic disciplines in accordance with contemporary trends in education, digital transformation, and the requirements of the labor market. Artistic and graphic training is considered an integral component of professional development for future technology teachers, as it fosters spatial thinking, creativity, visual literacy, and design-based problem solving. Special attention is given to the implementation of computer-oriented technologies, the integration of interdisciplinary content, and the application of modern visualization tools such as computer graphics, 3D modeling, and virtual environments. The article also highlights the importance of differentiated instruction, continuous design education, and the development of project-based and practice-oriented learning environments. Emphasis is placed on the creation of individual learning paths and the alignment of academic training with practical teaching challenges. The research findings suggest that effective pedagogical design in artistic and graphic training should combine classical academic knowledge with innovative technologies and methods. The proposed directions for further development include designing multidisciplinary curricula, enhancing digital competencies of teachers, and fostering creative autonomy in future educators through visual communication strategies and collaborative design tasks.
