Ultra-long-distance dual-rotation laser detection and AI integrated dynamic monitoring system for farmland environments

Aiming at the bottleneck of limited coverage and insufficient real-time performance of traditional agricultural monitoring technology, a dynamic monitoring system based on the fusion of ultra-long-range dual-rotation laser detection and artificial intelligence is proposed. The system realizes sub-meter resolution scanning of soil moisture, temperature, nutrients and other farmland environmental parameters within a radius of 5 km through a dual-band laser device, optimizes the communication efficiency by combining the 5G edge node with LoRa hybrid networking, constructs a lightweight CNN-LSTM hybrid model, realizes the dynamic fusion of multi-source data, and achieves an inference speed of 43 ms/frame at the edge end. The experimental results show that: the laser detection coverage rate reaches 98.2%, the soil moisture and temperature detection error is controlled within 2.4% and 0.5°C, respectively; the prediction accuracy of the AI model is improved by 12.7% under multi-source data fusion (F1-score=0.92), the system deployment cost is reduced by 40% compared with the traditional solution of 250,000 yuan/thousand acres, and the payback period is shortened to 3 years (ROI=133%). 133%). The study provides a ground-level technology complement to the sky-ground integrated agricultural remote sensing network with both ecological and economic benefits.
