Macro design method of stiffness gradient structure
Topology optimization is a powerful design tool that applies certain boundary constraints and loads within a given design domain, and through optimization calculations, finds the optimal material distribution to meet performance requirements. This article is based on the variable density SIMP difference method to establish a topology optimization design model with stiffness as the objective. A large number of intermediate density elements are obtained, and the least squares method is used to process similar intermediate density elements. The fitted density value is used to replace the original density value, and the stiffness gradient structure and material dosage in each sub domain are obtained by layering according to density. This achieves the division of macroscopic structural regions with stiffness gradient characteristics and obtains a macroscopic stiffness gradient structure with clear interfaces.
