Wall advertising cleaning and repairing robot based on machine vision
In daily life, garbage advertisements are everywhere, and cleaning up these garbage advertisements has become a major problem in life. The traditional way of removing advertisements is usually done manually by holding a small shovel, which is prone to scratching the wall and has low efficiency. Therefore, based on various environments and types of advertising posting, this article designs a wall advertising cleaning and repairing robot based on machine vision. It uses a vehicle carrier combined with a ladder structure to cope with various terrains such as flat ground and corridors. Its modular zoning function integrates spraying, cleaning, recycling, and repairing, and controls mechanical vision technology to automatically clean garbage advertisements without manual labor. At the same time, the incremental PID (proportion integration differentiation)algorithm can be used to control the error increment and achieve stable trajectory control of the robot. The experimental results show that the robot can effectively identify and clean more than 90% of wall advertising stains, and the color difference matching degree of the repaired wall reaches 95%. This study designed a new type of wall cleaning robot in the field of mechatronics system design and integration, providing an automated solution for urban small advertising management. Its modular design and machine vision technology can be extended to other cleaning scenarios, promoting the development of smart cities.
