Structural design of a microcontroller detection system based on shock absorption and fixation mechanisms
This study presents a novel structural design for a microcontroller detection system, focusing on enhancing the shock absorption and fixation mechanisms for operation in high-vibration industrial environments. The research integrates composite spring technology, bidirectional threaded rods, and an active hydraulic system to create an adaptive elastic detection platform. A comprehensive approach combining finite element analysis, parameter optimization, and experimental validation is employed to describe and improve system performance. After optimization, the design achieved a 20.6% increase in vibration isolation efficiency (100-1000 Hz), a 72% reduction in positional accuracy error, and an 84.6% expansion of the operational bandwidth. The designed system remains fully stable even when subjected to seismic intensities reaching Modified Mercalli Intensity Scale level VIII. Following parameter optimization using a multi-objective genetic algorithm, power consumption was reduced by 15.6%, and system weight was decreased by 13.6%. This research advances the development of high-precision industrial instruments, enhancing reliability and functionality in vibrating environments. The findings have broad implications for applications in semiconductor manufacturing and earthquake-prone industrial settings, providing support for the development of the next generation of microcontroller detection systems with stronger environmental adaptability.
