Temperature-tolerant and high-sensitivity Plasmo-Photonic Mach-Zehnder Refractive Index Sensor

We experimentally demonstrate a temperature-tolerant MZI plasmo-photonic refractive index sensor on Si3N4 platform, presenting record high bulk sensitivity of 8801 nm/RIU and resonance drift of only 0.4 nm within a temperature range of 10.3 °C.
