UTICAJ VJEŠTAČKE INTELIGENCIJE NA JAVNU UPRAVU

Artificial intelligence (AI) brings us significant economic and social benefits, and many companies and governments are positioned to take advantage of these benefits. Thus, most industrialized countries are developing policies to encourage the adoption of AI in different sectors, so we can say that artificial intelligence is slowly becoming a general-purpose technology applicable in all areas of social life. Social existence in certain territories is determined by the very relationship between citizens and state institutions, in the form of exposure and work for the benefit of the general interest of citizens through various branches of the state or services known as the public sector. We are witnessing the gradual introduction of artificial intelligence in the public sector or public administration in the interests of easier servicing and improving the benefits that the state should provide to citizens, which is permeated through the exercise of certain rights of citizens and in the improvement of economic activities in which citizens and society are deeply interested. As artificial intelligence (AI) offers many opportunities, we must note that it also carries countless risks. It is necessary to note that AI has the capacity to increase and undermine loyalty to the rule of law, which can certainly lead to bias and discrimination, concerns about privacy and security, and the worsening of economic and social inequality. However, in order to meet the requirements of the rule of law and the supreme postulates, it is necessary to establish a control system.
